Base Skid

The steel base chassis shall be constructed from IPE 100m x 50mm MS I-beam, full perimeter beams with central runner & cross Members without legs.
Lifting eyes are provided at intermediate points along the perimeter beams. Corner G.I Angle 12cm x 12cm x 1.5mm.
The I-beam shall be brush cleaned, coated with one coat of red oxide primer & painted with one coat of Oaisis oil paint from outside.

General Specification

Floor

Joists: MS Angle 2″ x 2″ at 610mm cc, bolted or welded into the I-beam, making the floor assembly one integral frame.
Decking: One layer of 18mm cement board fixed to joists & steel frame. Floor Finish in Dry Areas: 1.5MM PVC sheet fixed to cement board floor, MDF skirting with polished finish provided.
Floor Finish in Wet Areas: Heavy Duty PVC sheet fixed to cement board floor.

Walls

External Finishing: Textured Finotex paint off white, applied on 6mm thick cement board good quality.
Framing: GI stud 50 x 34mm (0.45 - 0.50mm thick) at a proper spacing vertical & horizontal.
Columns of MS Tube size 50x50x2.80mm or MS Angle 50x50x4.7mm of two long sides of the cabin in proper spacing welded bellow to the beam and up to the angle top covering panel.
Panels top covering all around the cabin by using MS Angle size 50x50x4.7mm to the external and internal walls.
GI angle size 12x12cm x 1.5mm welded on each corner connected and welded on top to the MS angle around the cabin and bottom to the I-beam to strengthen the main structure of the cabin.
Internal Finishing in Dry Area: 9mm gypsum board finished with emulsion paint with joint strips.
Internal Finishing in Wet Area: 6mm cement board finished with oil paint.
Wall Insulation: 50mm thick Rockwool.

Roof

Roof covering with G.I. profile sheet with eave curve with GI hot purlins. Trusses MS angles sloping 2 sides as per design trusses Spacing = 1220mm c/c.

Ceiling

Rooms & Wet Area Ceiling shall be 60cm x 60cm Gypsum tiles, false ceiling with exposed grid suspension system and insulated with 50mm thick Rock wool insulation.

Doors

External doors: Door with wood door frame & 6mm thick magnesium board both side and Rockwool insulation finish with oil paint.
Internal Door: semi solid timber doors with wood door frame & 3.6mm thick plywood finished with 2 coats of Oaisis Oil paint system, door closures for internal doors are not considered in our offer.

Window

Powder coated aluminum frame (non thermal break, color RAL 9002), horizontal sliding (one fixed & one sliding) hinged window with insect screen & weather stripping, 6mm thick clear glass (single glazing) size as per drawing.

Window blinds are not considered in our offer, unless requested.

Electrical

Electrical supply is single phase 230V or three phases 400V as per requirement. Single core cable is used for electric wiring.
Electrical panel board shall be provided with ELCB incomer & MCB outgoings. 1 No. 300amp SMDB & 4 Nos. final distribution boards as per our design. PVC conduits are concealed within the wall panels for wiring.
Light fixtures 60 x 60 concealed type fittings, external & wet area bulk head fitting 60Watts. Switch/Socket European design.
Water heater 12US gallon capacity (UAE Made)
Exhaust fans are provided for toilet & kitchen areas as shown in drawing (KDK 6” dia or eq. window mounted type)
Power outlets shall be provided for window type AC units as per drawing.

All cold & hot water supply lines are PPR & sewage lines are PVC pipes.
Sanitary ware: WC & WB are as per European design.
Ablution hose & toilet paper holder are provided as per drawing.
Sanitary fitting are as per European standard.

Kitchen

SS sink, single bowl single drain
Kitchen sink mixer will be provided.
Kitchen top made of Plywood and Formica finish.
